How I made my favicon in under 5 minutes. (Ryan Gosling likes it.)

It was easy to make using picassa.

First thing I did was find a photo that had some white space.

I cropped a tiny portion of the photo (square) and added text.  It came out at 48 kb (under the 100 kb limit).

In my blogger design/layout, I clicked on favicon (upper left hand corner for me) and uploaded my little K.  Now, I'll have a little K when someone reads my blog in reader or opens it on their computer.
