I'm still reading the same book (Just Like Us) and working on the same project as last time. I have balled up all my skeins, done a couple gauge swatches, and cast on/frogged a couple times. I think what I have now is really the beginning of my beautiful Ecuador vest.
I'm loving the yarn ! It's so soft and stretchy. Very easy to knit with and the color is divine!
Oh my goodness that pattern is lovely. I had to add it straight to my queue!! Have fun knitting it, and keep us updated as you make progress.

ReplyDeleteThe yarn is Araucania. It's kettle dyed, I think (like Malabrigo). It's absolutely lovely.
